Once again, a POV win sent the house into a tizzy. This time, it was Johnny Mac taking his 4th POV win of the year, one short of tying Janelle during BB7 and Dani Donato during BB8 who hold the record of five POV wins with one such competition left during the F4 stage played in a few days.
With John going off the block, Austin decided it would be best for his game if he agreed to volunteer to go on the block when Vanessa asked him to do so Saturday night.
That had me going:
Vanessa prospers at this game because the play from the rest of the houseguests has been less than stellar, and this is one of the classic examples of that. Austin basically put the knife he may be stabbed with in Vanessa’s front pocket and reminded her it was there. Once the veto meeting takes place (which might be today with the truncated order of play where two cycles take place in one week), Steve and Austin will be on the block, with one of those two a stone cold lock to go to the jury when the show airs Tuesday night.
The vote will either come down to Johnny Mac, who holds one of the two votes, or it will be a tie that Vanessa will have to break. Liz will vote to evict Steve for sure. If Johnny Mac votes likewise, obviously Steve out. If it’s a tie, I have no clue what Vanessa does. This whole season has been about who does in whom between Austin and Vanessa ever since Vanessa attempted to turn on him early on, instead putting Jason up as a replacement nom for eviction back on Day 43.
I doubt Vanessa will tempt fate and not pass up on a second bonafide chance to get rid of him.
